Complete door security – YOTEL Heathrow

A BSIA member worked with YOTEL Heathrow to install an access control system on 32 cabins, following their YOTEL Gatwick installation. Situated inside Terminal 4 at London Heathrow aiport, YOTEL is a revolutionary new hotel concept which is inspired by first-class airline cabins.

The locking system chosen was coupled with an audit trail facility to provide a complete security solution.

Nigel Buchanan, YOTEL’s Operations Director, commented: “The control system which the BSIA member installed at YOTEL Gatwick has proved to be very efficient for our customers to use – the main priority for all aspects of the YOTEL offerings, so it was an obvious choice to continue the relationship at YOTEL Heathrow.”

The BSIA member is keen to continue working with YOTEL on its third new opening at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport; which will be the brands first international site, to provide a range of hotel door locks.
