S12 Security Guarding Leadership Group Are Recruiting Two Roles

** Vacancy - S12 Secretariat / Chief of Staff **

The newly formed S12 Security Guarding Industry Leadership Group is a funded and elected group of senior leaders from across the UK guarding industry. The members, all of whom are voluntary representatives, are seeking to appoint a full-time support function that will provide a range of functions to allow the S12 to meet its objectives.

The role is expected to operate neutrally and support all S12 members equally, ensuring transparency and consistency in governance processes. The role is initially funded on an ongoing annual basis, subject to renewal by the S12 Leadership Group.

Suitable applicants are invited to submit their CV and covering letter, stating their relevant skills, experience and fit for the role, to the S12 Chair at paul.evans@carlislesupportservices.com.

The S12 will interview a shortlist of ideally no less than three suitably qualified applicants. These interviews will take place within the following week post the closing date.

Closing Date:             Monday 13th October at 9am

Shortlisted applicants will be advised of their successful shortlisting by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 14th October.

** Vacancy - S12 PR Communications Lead (Contract) **

The newly formed S12 Security Guarding Industry Leadership Group is a funded and elected group of senior leaders from across the UK guarding industry. The members, all of whom are voluntary representatives, are seeking to appoint a PR / Comms role that will provide a range of marketing and communications functions to allow the S12 to meet its objectives.

The role will shape and deliver the public voice of the S12, ensuring that the interests of all UK security companies, irrespective of size, are clearly, consistently, and credibly represented to government, media, and industry stakeholders.

The role is expected to operate neutrally and support all S12 members equally, ensuring transparency and consistency in governance processes. The role is initially funded on an ongoing annual basis, subject to renewal by the S12 Leadership Group.

The Deputy Chair plus one more S12 Member will interview a shortlist of ideally no less than three suitably qualified applicants. These interviews will take place within the following week post the closing date.
