Rosebery Housing Association are a not-for-profit organisation, providing around 2,500 homes for residents in and around Surrey.

In order to alleviate the risk to its lone working maintenance team, Circle Housing Property Services has introduced Skyguard's BS8484:2016 accredited MySOSO Mandown devices. Often working from height, the team have welcomed the Mandown functionality with open arms. 

Leading Housing Association Amicus Horizon take the welfare of their lone workers seriously as as such have issued 200 MySOS personal safety devices across their community-based employees. 

"We didn't want to just rely on mobile phones" was the underlying premise when Central and Cecil Housing Trust (CCHT) approached Skyguard looking to better protect their lone workers.

ForViva Group are a not-for-profit housing association based in the North West of England that manages over 24,000 homes across the region. The Group is a merger between City West Housing Trust, Villages Housing Association and construction company ForWorks.

With over 500 employees, staff work in a number of roles including neighbourhood officers, operatives, caretakers, surveyors and income and court officers, which can potentially involve periods of lone working.
