Guardian24 protects First Glasgow's lone workers

First Glasgow is the largest bus operating companies in Scotland with over 1000 buses in operation, and 2800 employees.

First Glasgow employ a number of Street Inspectors and Customer Agents who, as part of their daily duties, are involved in regulating services, timing checks, revenue protection etc. Most of these duties either involve standing at a prominent street location on their own. Better protection was needed for these vulnerable staff who work alone.

Skyguard protects staff at Accor, the world's leading hotel operator

Hotel staff often work alone late into the night to continually provide their customers with the best possible service and a relaxing, stress-free stay. However, there are risks involved. Some hotel guests can become abusive, aggressive and even violent. For hotel employees, this can be incredibly intimidating and potentially dangerous. Each and every minute, one case of domestic abuse is reported to the Police and perhaps most shocking of all, on average, two women a week are killed by a current or former partner.

The Wildlife Trust - Using Skyguard's Service since 2009

The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire,Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire is a charitable organisation which manages more than 3,300 hectares of land, across 125 individual locations. Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire is one of 47 Trusts that make up the UK’s largest people-powered environmental organisation working for nature’s recovery on land and at sea.

Guardian 24 - Women's Aid in Northern Ireland

Women's Aid in Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Newtownabbey works with women and children who are living with the effects of domestic abuse. They provide a number of services including refuge and floating support services. Women's Aid Ballymena has around 15 employees who work alone. Having reviewed some options, Women's Aid Ballymena decided to work with Guardian 24. They have now worked with Guardian 24 for over three years, using the service on their standard mobile phones.
