Waltham House was a former Police Station, situated in Leytonstone. The owner purchased the property with vacant possession. Global Guardians: 1-40 Defiance Walk, Greenwich

Defiance Walk is a former sheltered housing block of 40 flats situated in Greenwich. It had been empty for a couple of weeks before the owners contacted Global Guardians to look after it for them. 

Global Guardians placed guardians into the property within 24 hours, as no work was required to make the property habitable. Squatters and vandals had targeted similar properties in the area, but due to Global Guardian's guardian solution, no attacks took place on the building.
