Brandon is the newest recruit to successfully complete the 14-week full-time pre-apprenticeship traineeship programme with Skills for Security and go straight into employment with Barlows Electrical, where he starts as a fire emergency and security systems apprentice.

Brandon's story is quite unique, as he has faced many adversities and challenges to get to where he is today. At only 11, Brandon was put into care, spending eight years with his foster family. He has many ups and downs since starting the traineeship programme with Skills for Security, as halfway through, he was made homeless, through no fault of his own. However, Brandon was committed to getting a career, an apprenticeship and finishing his programme. working tirelessly to achieve his ambitions.
