British exit from the EU otherwise known as Brexit. The UK stopped being a member of the European Union (EU) after 23:00 GMT on 31 January 2020. A public referendum held in June 2016 concluded 17.4 million people opting for Brexit.

How can you participate?

If you're a BSIA Member - Send us your press releases, news content, opinion columns to be added to our website. All BSIA members are welcome to send content through to us. Remember, you are at the heart of the industry and are actively sharing your voice on professional security. If you would like to co-author a press release, please speak to our communciations team directly.

Publications are discussed in the regular section meetings, especially if they are in need of an update.If you cannot attend the next section meeting and would like to participate in writing some Best Practice guidelines, send the technical team an email.
