How Chubb Fire & Security is Building a People-First Culture

Launch of the Wellness Community
Our Wellness Community, which officially launched this month, offers a comprehensive platform for supporting the mental, physical, and financial well-being of our employees. This community is an extension of our ongoing wellness initiatives and provides valuable resources such as:

? Physical health advice, including access to fitness resources and a Cycle to Work scheme.
