CSSC Announcement from City of London Police:
As is usually the case, there will be two Remembrance events taking place in the City this Sunday for Remembrance Sunday. These are the events in the Holborn area and also St Pauls/Mansion House. Please find attached the map showing the area that will subject to road closures to enable both events to take place. The timings will be as follows:-
Holborn
1000hrs - Road closures implemented
1130hrs - Anticipated re-opening of roads although this will be subject to the decision from the Senior Officer on the ground when it is considered safe
St Pauls / Mansion House
1000hrs - Road closures implemented
1230hrs - Anticipated re-opening of roads although as above, subject to the decision of the Senior Officer on the ground.
Please note that there will be some temporary closures implemented on the adjoining roads between St Pauls and Mansion House (comprising Cannon Street and Queen Victoria Street) to allow the procession of attendees to walk from one area to the other.
