The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) is seeking a full-time Membership Executive to support membership growth and engagement through recruitment, onboarding, retention, and data management. This role requires strong communication skills, CRM familiarity, and a UK driving license. The position is hybrid, spanning the UK, with periodic visits to the BSIA office in Worcester. Purpose of Role

To support BSIA’s membership growth and engagement strategy by managing recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities, ensuring members receive maximum value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead Generation & Recruitment: Working to budget; Forecasting membership growth; Follow up on leads, pre-qualify prospects, and process membership applications.

·       Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver smooth onboarding and maintain strong relationships with members.

·       Data & Intelligence: Collect and interpret member insights to enhance benefits and report on KPIs.

·       Collaboration: Work with Marketing to align campaigns and support events such as TSE and the British Security Awards.

·       Administration: Ensure timely fee collection and maintain accurate CRM records.

Skills & Experience

·       Strong communication and organizational skills.

·       Ability to meet targets and deadlines.

·       Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.

·       Full UK driving license.

·       Experience in membership services, account management, or business development.
