Earlier this year the Department for Work and Pensions began delivery of Phase One of the Government’s Jobs Guarantee Scheme in six areas across the country.
The Jobs Guarantee is a central part of the Youth Guarantee, supporting young people to earn, learn and move into sustained employment. It responds to a long?standing challenge: too many young people spending the early years of adulthood out of work or education.
Today, we are pleased to announce that the application window to identify delivery partners for the national rollout of the Jobs Guarantee is now open. Once rolled out the Jobs Guarantee will support more than 90,000 young people across Great Britain into paid employment over the next 3 years.
From now until 13 July 2026, organisations can apply to deliver the Jobs Guarantee in 25 areas across Great Britain. Applications from a wide range of organisations are welcome and further information can be found on GOV.UK.
