To register please email your local CTSA to request a booking form. Only confirmed company email addresses can be used to log into these training sessions. Introductions during the course is mandatory.

Workshop to enable communications professionals to deliver security minded deterrence communications at their site. Suitable for employees working in Social Media, Marketing and Estates (responsible for company signage).
SCaN Customer Focussed - 08/09/2026 13:00 to 16:00
Interactive training for staff who have face to face contact with customers, the public and site users. It covers suspicious activity, the importance of vigilance, the power of ‘Hello!’ and how to report concerns.
ACT AWARENESS - 15/09/2026 13:00 to 15:00
For policy/procedure writers, department leads. Modules include: identifying and responding to suspicious activity; dealing with suspicious items; bomb threats; and responding to a firearms or weapons attack.
SCaN for CCTV Operators - 17/09/2026 09:00 to 12:00
Course for CCTV operators, enabling them to identify hostile reconnaissance and suspicious activity, have an awareness of observational and judgmental errors, and work in partnership with the police.
