The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and the Fire Industry Association (FIA) have held the inaugural meeting of their new joint Special Interest Group (SIG), established to focus on the technical implications and implementation of Martyn's Law across the security and fire sectors.
The first meeting brought together industry professionals to discuss a range of key topics relating to the practical application of the legislation, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of expertise between both associations. The group will play an important role in helping the industry navigate the evolving requirements of Martyn's Law, with insights and recommendations from discussions set to be shared with members and the wider sector.
