SMEs - today's the day! Access a hiring payment of up to £2,000 for every new, young apprentice you take on.
This is for employees aged 16-24 who’ve joined your business in the last three months and are starting an apprenticeship from 1 Oct 2026.
The payment, which helps to cover the costs of taking on an eligible apprentice, is on top of existing support including no employer National Insurance contributions and fully funded training for apprentices aged under 25.
