🚀 THE BIG REVEAL IS HERE! Introducing Security Careers Festival 2027!
Last week, we teased that something exciting was brewing behind the scenes at International Security Expo... and now we're delighted to share what we've been working on!
For the first time, four leading organisations from across the UK security sector are joining forces to deliver something special.
The Association of Security Consultants (ASC), ASIS International UK Chapter, British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and The Security Institute are proud to announce: 🎉 SECURITY CAREERS FESTIVAL 2027
Discover where you could fit in security.
📅 Wednesday 27 January 2027
📍 10 Union Street, London, SE1 1SZ
🎟️ FREE TO ATTEND
There's more than one way into security.
Whether you're starting your career, considering a change in direction, transitioning from policing, the Armed Forces or public service, or simply curious about what's out there, this Festival is for you.
And this is more than a traditional careers fair.
Alongside employers, professional bodies and training providers, the Festival will offer interactive breakout sessions, practical career advice and real stories from people working across the sector.
Our programme is built around four key themes:
🔎 DISCOVER – Explore security careers you may never have considered.
🔄 TRANSLATE – Understand how your existing skills could open new doors.
🤝 CONNECT – Meet employers, practitioners and organisations who can help you move forward.
🎯 ACT – Get practical guidance on qualifications, applications and professional development.
Whether you join us for a few hours or spend the whole day exploring, there will be opportunities to learn, ask questions and make valuable connections.
This is what collaboration looks like. Four organisations, one shared ambition: to help more people discover a future in security.
📢 SAVE THE DATE!
Registration and the full programme will be announced soon.
