Discover where you could fit in security.
Whether you're taking your first steps into the working world, considering a career change, transitioning from policing, the Armed Forces or public service, or simply exploring what's next, this Festival is for you.
And we're offering much more than a traditional careers fair!
Alongside employers, professional bodies and training providers, you'll have the opportunity to take part in interactive breakout sessions, hear real career stories and gain practical advice to help you move forward.
Our Festival is built around four key themes:
🔎 DISCOVER – Explore security careers you may never have considered.
🔄 TRANSLATE – Understand how your existing skills could open new doors.
🤝 CONNECT – Meet employers, practitioners and organisations who can help you move forward.
🎯 ACT – Get practical guidance on qualifications, applications and professional development.
Whether you drop in for a few hours or spend the whole day with us, there will be plenty of opportunities to explore, learn and make meaningful connections.
The security sector offers more career opportunities than you might think. Come and discover yours.
