Pyronix Launch Guard Coverage for Properties

The alarm panel manufacturer Pyronix has introduced 24-7, security guard coverage for property owners as an on-demand service.

Laurence Kenny, Product Director, said: “In an ever-competitive security landscape, exceeding customer expectations is key to staying ahead. The service provides installers with new opportunity to elevate their security offerings to new heights.” The response comes through the user’s HomeControl2.0 app. When a customer’s security alarm is triggered, they can dispatch a Security Industry Authority (SIA) badged officer to their property.

Laurence added: “By integrating Guard Response, installers not only meet the evolving needs of existing customers but also attract a new wave of customers. In an industry where innovation is key, Guard Response has been designed to position installers as forerunners, setting them apart from competitors.” Pyronix add that the subscription-based model ensures a stream of income, to installers as an add-on for customers, whether offered during maintenance visits or at installation. Customers pay a yearly subscription fee for the annual service, which can be set up in the PyronixCloud, giving end-users access to two call-out credits a year. When dispatched, a guard should be at the property within 30 minutes; if they aren’t, the customer gets to keep the credit.
