S12 Security Guarding Leadership Group Registered as a CIC

The S12 Security Guarding Leadership Group has registered itself as a Community Interest Company (CIC) to reinforce its strategic intent to support all parts of the UK Private Security Industry, and bring security leaders together to work with the Government and the Security Minister.

The S12 mandate is to:

- Address and elevate critical industry issues
- Promote higher standards and professionalism
- Enhance public safety
- Positively shape the perception of the security guarding sector.

The S12 was established to serve as a unified voice for the security guarding industry and to promote meaningful change. It brings together elected members representing the diversity of the UK security guarding sector, including large national providers, independent firms, and trade associations.

The CIC registration marks an important step in the group's journey.
