BSIA Launch New Podcast, The Voice, To Showcase Industry Professionalism

Worcester, UK – 18th December 2025 - The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) is proud to announce the launch of The Voice, a brand-new podcast series designed to inform, inspire, and connect professionals across the UK security sector.

Hosted from the BSIA’s newly developed in-house podcast studio, The Voice brings industry leaders, innovators, and subject matter experts together for open, insightful conversations on the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the current and future security climate.

The debut episode features BSIA Chief Executive, Mike Reddington, who shares personal career reflections, the evolution of the security landscape, and the Association’s mission to champion best practice, raise standards, and ensure the industry is ready for the future.
