Venture Security has appointed former police Chief Superintendent David Boyle as People Director

BSIA member Venture Security has appointed former police Chief Superintendent David Boyle as People Director, strengthening our senior leadership team as we target sustained growth across central southern England.

In his role as People Director, David will be leading on our people strategy, overseeing recruitment, learning and development, supervision, and retention.

Alongside this, David will also be advising customers on a wide range of security and policing related matters, drawing on his extensive frontline and strategic experience.
