BSIA members Specialist Security Co had a proud day this week, as Managing Director and Company Owner Rachel Fleri welcomed Security Industry Authority CEO Michelle Russell, and Chair Heather Baily to Cardiff to meet some of their security officers in action.
Michelle, Heather, and the Specialist Security team visited two clients - Cardiff Metropolitan University, and Cardiff Council's temporary housing accommodation sites.
Industry visits from the SIA allow for government to hear directly from officers delivering security on the ground, understand the challenges that security officers services organisations face daily, and see first-hand how organisations like ours are contributing to safer communities.
