The Security Industry Authority (SIA) have released draft guidance on how we plan to regulate Martyn’s Law when it is expected to come into force in Spring 2027.
We are encouraging those premises in scope and others with an interest in the new Martyn’s Law requirements to review the draft guidance and take part in the consultation.
This is the first opportunity for those premises in scope to engage directly with us about our intended approach.
