Security Industry Authority Launches a Public Consultation on its Draft Section 12 Statutory Guidance

The Security Industry Authority has launched a public consultation on its draft section 12 statutory guidance. 

They are encouraging those premises in scope and others with an interest in the new Martyn’s Law requirements to review the draft guidance and take part in the consultation.

This is the first opportunity for those premises in scope to engage directly with the SIA about their intended approach.
