HR & HSE Forum

The BSIA HR and HSE Forum is a special interest group within the BSIA that focuses on Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters specifically relevant to the UK private security industry.

Purpose

The HR & HSE Forum was created to provite a platform for HR and HSE professionals in the security industry to collaborate on common issues affecting the workforce and workplace safety, share best practices and stay updated on legislative changes, develop guidance, and influence policy by feeding into the BSIA’s broader lobbying and consultation efforts.

Focuses

The HR & HSE Forum focuses on employment law and HR practices, health, safety, and wellbeing, regulatory compliance, and collaboration and representation. It is attended by key HR and HSE professionals from the wider security industry, and produces outputs including guidance documents, training recommendations, and input into lobbying positions.
