Contract Manager (North West) | £55,000+

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a £5M NHS fire and security installation contract. This hands-on role requires commercial, operational, and technical expertise, with proven onsite experience in managing complex installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fire and security installation projects across NHS hospital sites
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage contract performance, compliance, and client relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to optimise delivery

Requirements:
  • Onsite experience in hospital or healthcare installation projects
  • Strong commercial, operational, and technical knowledge in fire & security
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
