UK Supply Chain Special Interest Group

The UK Supply Chain Special Interest Group is a member-led initiative organised by the BSIA, designed to provide a forum for security professionals to discuss the challenges and disruptions affecting the supply chain in the UK.

Purpose

The purpose of the SIG is to offer a collaborative space for organisations and professionals to share experiences, propose solutions, and strategise on gaps in the UK supply chain caused by outstanding issues such as Brexit, COVID-19, and the global shortage of haulage drivers.

The SIG works in collaboration with organisations like the FIA (Fire Industry Association) to actively lobby government on efforts such as priority allocation on scarce components.
